Manufacturing Operations Manager

The company seeks a seasoned Operations Leader to oversee the manufacturing process and ensure exceptional product quality.
Key Responsibilities:- Full accountability for end-to-end manufacturing operations.
- Coordinate resources to drive efficient site operations, focusing on continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to Occupational Health and Safety, Quality, Good Manufacturing Practices, Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points, Hygiene, and Food Safety policies.
- Provide hands-on leadership to meet production targets with minimal quality issues.
- Investigate quality and safety incidents, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Focus on reducing Lost Time Incidents and incident frequency year over year.
- At least five years' experience in food manufacturing, including four years in management.
- Qualified Chef or Baker highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and numerical skills.
- Proven ability to manage relationships across production, planning, and warehouse operations.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- A team player.
