Job Opportunity:

We are seeking experienced Machine Operators to join our busy food manufacturing environment in Melbourne.

The role involves operating machines, packing products, labelling, sorting and general production labouring work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a range of duties including machine operation, product packing and general production tasks.
  • Work with ongoing availability from Monday-Sunday in a factory setting.
  • Be comfortable working with meat products and have experience in a similar role in the food manufacturing industry.
  • Have knowledge of HACCP and GMP principles and practices.
  • Hold a valid driver's license and have own transport for regular travel.

Requirements:

  • Availability of 38+ hours per week.
  • Experience in a similar role within the food manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of HACCP and GMP principles and practices.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Machine operation skills and strong manual dexterity.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills for collaborative work environments.
