Food Manufacturing Operative

We are seeking a skilled Food Manufacturing Operative to join our team in the Northern Suburbs. The successful candidate will be available to work across Day, Afternoon & Night shifts for immediate starts.
Our client is a leading food manufacturing giant supplying meals to major Airlines worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Food handling and plating of meals
- Fast-paced food production and preparation tasks
- Repetitive manual handling
- General cleaning
To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:
- Recent experience in food manufacturing environments
- Flexibility to work day shift and afternoon shift
- Ability to be on call for extra/OT shifts
- Reliable car and license
- Full working rights and availability
- Proven reliability and work ethic
- Initiative and passion
Benefits include onsite parking and access to public transport, making this site highly accessible. Overtime rates apply according to Award after 38 hours Mon-Fri and 7.6 hours a day.
In addition to a competitive hourly rate, this opportunity offers:
- Rate increase after 6 months of work
- Opportunities to progress to permanent positions
