Key Responsibilities
- Oversee production, warehouse, engineering/maintenance, planning, quality and product development functions.
- Manage overall operational objectives and enhance existing standards.
- Provide strategic advice to inform commercial decisions.
- Design strategy, set goals, maintain budgets, implement policies and processes, ensure employee productivity and development, and oversee recruitment and training.
Requirements
Prior experience in a similar role within food manufacturing is essential. The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, ability to work collaboratively, exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
