Non Executive Director Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic guidance and oversight to support our growth ambitions.
  • Contribute to the development of our governance framework and ensure effective risk management practices.
  • Engage with stakeholders, including clients, peers and industry experts, to build relationships and advance our interests.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Non-Executive Director in a professional services firm.
  • Strong understanding of corporate governance principles and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
