As a Leadership Development Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering impactful learning experiences for leaders across the organisation. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure our leadership development offerings are strategically aligned with business priorities and responsive to the evolving needs of our people.
- Skillset: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess expertise in leadership development, learning design, and instructional technology. You will also need to be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, communicate complex ideas simply, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable, enterprise-wide leadership modules and experiences that harness the power of digital learning and emerging technologies.
- Translate complex business and leadership challenges into targeted, high-impact development solutions.
- Curate and co-create compelling content that resonates with leaders and drives measurable outcomes in real-world contexts.
- Partner with stakeholders across the organisation to uncover needs and tailor learning approaches to diverse teams and environments.
- Shape immersive learning journeys, leadership events, and peer-to-peer experiences that foster connection, growth, and insight.
- Leverage feedback, data, and insights to continuously evolve and enhance the effectiveness and relevance of leadership programs.
