As a medical manager, you will play a key role in establishing and managing external clientele while reporting to the national medical manager.

About the Role

This is a full-time medical manager position based out of our Sydney head office in Ingleburn, NSW. You will be responsible for:

  • Fostering a positive attitude to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Effective management of sales teams including direct external business development managers and internal business development managers.
  • Maintaining a national sales focus and working with other managers to achieve targets.
  • Recruiting, selecting, training, and managing staff including leadership management system management.
  • Cultivating a culture of teamwork, loyalty, cooperation, and sales focus.

We require a self-motivated individual with:

  • A minimum of 5 years gas industry and/or medical sales experience.
  • Management experience and a proven track record of managing high-performance sales teams.
  • Tertiary education is preferred but not essential.

This role involves providing services to clients requiring a national police check and working with children check with regular renewals as required.
