Lead Medical Strategist

In our Respiratory team, as Lead Medical Strategist, you'll execute and drive success in GSK's medical strategy for the Biologics space. You will act as an advocate for GSK at a global level and collaborate with the wider medical team to drive business outcomes.

Your role will be varied and include:

  • Developing strategies and pipeline assessments for the Respiratory / Biologics portfolio.
  • Providing medical expertise to scientific submissions, marketing, and sales.
  • Sharing external insights with internal teams to assist in clinical development, strategic planning, and business solutions.
  • Acting as a delegate for the Medical Director when needed, demonstrating leadership and influence over the wider team.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll have a demonstrated track record in a similar position (ideally within the Biologics space). You'll demonstrate a growth mindset in improving quality, processes, timelines, and other business solutions.

You'll bring:

  • Strong project management skills with proven medical governance capability.
  • Excellent communication skills to gather information and weigh collaborative opinions from the wider business.
  • The ability to draw on various sources to find information and solutions.
