About the Role

We are seeking a visionary leader to head our organisation, driving growth and excellence in member support, advocacy and governance.

The Australasian College certifies and promotes medical physicists, radiopharmaceutical scientists and biomedical engineers across Australia and New Zealand, setting professional standards and regulating their fields through research and advocacy.

This is a high-impact leadership role, requiring strategic planning, stakeholder engagement and inclusive people leadership. The successful candidate will work closely with our Directors and Board to develop and implement a strategic plan, guiding and growing the organisation.

Key responsibilities include leading and managing our core team and volunteer workforce, as well as representing us at events and with key stakeholders. Financial health, sustainability and operations will be key areas of focus, involving partnerships with health system and industry leaders.

About You

  • Existing Chief Executive Officer or up-and-coming executive with a results-driven track record of exceeding goals.
  • High level of business acumen and excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Inclusive people leadership approach and understanding of not-for-profit, member-based and/or health organisations.
