Leasing Property Manager Job Description

This position is responsible for growing the company's rental portfolio by attracting new clients and managing their onboarding. The primary focus is securing property listings and handing them over to the property management team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the rent roll in line with company targets.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand the rental portfolio.
  • Generate and follow up on leads for new property management business through various channels.
  • Monitor market trends to assess market rental values and provide recommendations to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, referral partners and developers.
  • Conduct professional rental appraisals and prepare management agreements.
  • Maintain and grow the agency database of potential clients and key contacts.

About You:

  • Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of Melbourne's rental market, particularly around Melbourne CBD area.
  • Prior experience in business development within the Real Estate industry.
  • Proven success in a Leasing Business Development role.
  • A positive, outgoing, and professional attitude.
  • Confident communicator with excellent communication, networking and negotiation skills.
  • Holds a current Agent's Representative Certificate.
