Job Overview

This key role in our Melbourne West branch involves developing and maintaining relationships with customers to meet their rental needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team to ensure equipment availability and supply arrangements are met.
  • Develop quotes for the supply of equipment and manage customer sales enquiries effectively.
  • Build and enter hire agreements and off-hire when agreements expire, ensuring seamless transactions.
  • Raise purchase orders for associated equipment in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with transport providers for the timely delivery and pick-up of equipment, ensuring minimal delays.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Exceptional customer service, communication, and relationship building skills to drive business growth.
  • Proven time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Sound administration, computer, and system skills, preferably with knowledge of Baseplan.
  • Forklift, EWP or OHS cards/licences are highly regarded but not essential.
  • Previous experience in a rental, sales, or service role is desirable, though not mandatory.
