This role requires an individual who embodies exceptional guest service standards, guaranteeing a seamless and unforgettable experience for our visitors.

As a key member of the Hotel Services Team, you will provide warm welcomes and sincere farewells to guests, demonstrating a genuine passion for delivering quality service. This will involve:

  • Providing 24/7 support for guest needs, ensuring their requirements are met efficiently and effectively
  • Coordinating valet parking and room service delivery with precision and attention to detail
  • Maintaining the lobby, porte cochere/driveway, and guest areas to the highest standard, ensuring they remain clean and welcoming

In addition, you will play a vital role in resolving guest issues and leveraging feedback to enhance the overall guest experience. Your problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with the Night Manager will be crucial in maintaining the safety and security of guests and the hotel at night.

Key Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in luxury service or similar customer-focused industries
  • Demonstrated capability to build strong relationships and deliver exceptional service
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to work a rotating roster (including weekends)
