About the Job
  • Lead by example in providing excellent guest experiences, assisting with training, coaching, and supporting Guest Service Agents.
  • Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and enquiries with professionalism, resolving issues efficiently to ensure seamless and positive experiences.
Key Qualifications
  • Previous Front Office / Guest Service experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding service and creating memorable guest experiences.
  • High attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
