Job Overview

  • Communicate program risks, commercial obligations, and opportunities to stakeholders, ensuring transparent and informed decision-making.
  • Implement lessons learned from completed projects to drive organizational excellence and establish a culture of continuous learning.
Key Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Tertiary qualifications in law, commerce, business management, or a related field, or equivalent experience in a complex commercial environment.
  • A minimum of 8 years of post-graduate experience in a commercial, legal, or business advisory capacity.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing and developing intricate contracts, including resolving complex issues to attain favorable commercial outcomes.
  • Experience in drafting agreements and mitigating commercial risk.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills, enabling the ability to build strong business relationships and navigate challenging situations.
  • The capacity to work independently, manage multiple priorities with limited direction, and adapt to changing circumstances.
