Job Summary

This role involves administering contracts and ensuring that they are executed efficiently. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for negotiating agreements with suppliers and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract administration and excellent communication skills. They will also possess the ability to work effectively in a team environment and make sound judgments when dealing with complex contractual issues.


Responsibilities
  • Contract Letting and Vetting: You will be responsible for letting and vetting sub-contractor packages to ensure that they meet the necessary standards.
  • Negotiation and Agreement: You will liaise with suppliers, sub-contractors, and stakeholders to negotiate agreements that achieve win-win outcomes.
  • Project Expenditure Tracking: You will track project expenditure against budget and be responsible for progress claims, project cash flow, and forecasting.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Contracts Administrator in a commercial builder environment is required.
  • Main Contractor experience is essential.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment are vital.
