Cleaning Operations Manager

This role presents an opportunity to step into a leadership position within a supportive and growing organisation.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversight of daily cleaning operations
- Leadership and management of staff to ensure coverage and meet service KPIs
- Training, coaching, and mentoring of team members
- Monitoring of consumables and maintenance to improve cost effectiveness
- Built strong client relationships, handling requests and complaints
- Completing reports and meeting documentation requirements
- Responding to general, periodical, preventative, and emergency cleaning needs
- Promotion of a safe, positive, and professional work environment
- Carrying out related administrative duties
- Minimum 3 years' supervisory/management experience in the cleaning industry
- Proven ability to lead and support a dedicated, small team
- Strong understanding of service contracts and performance management
- Knowledge of cleaning practices, equipment, and machinery (desirable)
- Intermediate computer skills
- Sound knowledge of safe chemical use and workplace OHS requirements
- Valid driver's licence
- Current police check (within 6 months) or willingness to obtain
