Job Overview

Clean site supervisors are responsible for ensuring that cleaning operations meet contractual requirements and adhere to quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supervising staff, managing daily cleaning activities, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

  • Supervise and manage staff to ensure adequate coverage and meet service KPIs
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning plans to achieve optimal results
  • Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance
  • Maintain accurate records of consumables and maintenance to improve cost effectiveness
  • Foster strong client relationships through exceptional communication and customer service
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in supervisory or management roles within the cleaning industry
  • Proven ability to lead and support a small team to achieve goals and objectives
  • Strong understanding of service contracts and performance management principles
  • Knowledge of cleaning practices, equipment, and machinery (desired)
