Job Description

A key role has arisen for a Cleaning Operations Manager to lead, manage, and coordinate cleaning services at one of our key retail sites. This is a full-time opportunity to step into a rewarding leadership role within a supportive organisation.

You will oversee daily cleaning operations in line with contractual requirements, leading and managing staff to ensure coverage and meet service standards.

Your responsibilities will include training, coaching, and mentoring team members, monitoring consumables and maintenance to improve cost effectiveness, and building and maintaining strong client relationships.

You will also be responsible for completing reports and meeting documentation requirements, responding to general, periodical, preventative, and emergency cleaning needs, and promoting a safe, positive, and professional work environment.


Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' supervisory/management experience in the cleaning industry
  • Proven ability to lead and support a dedicated team
  • Strong understanding of service contracts and performance management
  • Knowledge of cleaning practices, equipment, and machinery
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Sound knowledge of safe chemical use and workplace OHS requirements
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Current police check or willingness to obtain
