Job Title: Clean Site Operations Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Clean Site Operations Manager to oversee the daily cleaning operations and lead a team of staff to ensure coverage and meet service KPIs.

  • Develop and implement effective cleaning strategies to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Promote a safe and positive work environment that fosters teamwork and productivity.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in the cleaning industry, with a strong understanding of service contracts and performance management.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years' supervisory/management experience in the cleaning industry.
  • Proven ability to lead and support a dedicated team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
