As a team leader in cleaning services, you will be responsible for directing a small group of cleaners across various centres in the Dapto area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional cleaning services within your assigned centre, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to scope.
  • Supervise and support team members, including hands-on training and regular site visits to maintain service quality.
  • Monitor team attendance using internal systems and ensure adequate shift coverage, including stepping in when needed.
  • Act as the first point of contact for on-site queries, escalating urgent issues to the operations supervisor.
  • Manage cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting faults and maintaining stock levels.
  • Adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in the cleaning or hospitality industry is highly regarded.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to lead a small team (leadership experience an asset).
  • Confidence in troubleshooting cleaning equipment is advantageous.
  • A reliable vehicle and a valid driver's licence are essential.
  • Ownership of a smartphone is required for using internal systems.
  • Australian working rights are mandatory.
