
Senior Grocery Channel Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic account plans to drive sustainable sales growth and profitability in the grocery and mass merchant channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate strong relationships with customer stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring alignment with their strategic objectives.
- Lead the development and implementation of innovative solutions for customers, coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet diverse and complex needs.
- Support market intelligence and competitive analysis, identifying trends, opportunities, and risks to inform high-level strategic planning and decision-making.
- Create and execute commercial strategies, including impactful distribution and promotional activities that drive market leadership and sales excellence.
- Participate in critical customer negotiations, securing strategic agreements that drive mutual value and align with long-term business goals.
- Delivers compelling presentations to senior level audiences, articulating complex value propositions and solutions driving customer buy-in.
- Monitors, evaluates, and continuously improves sales performance metrics, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize customer engagement and overall business outcomes.
Requirements:
- Completed degree (Commerce / Business / Marketing) and experience in Customer Relationship Management, Sales and Business Development, Account Management in B2C environment from specialty consumer, FMCG or healthcare domain.
- Ability to drive business growth through effective market research, data analysis, and sales forecasting while developing proposals and monitoring KPIs.
- Manage customer relationships and accounts, employing strategies to enhance client satisfaction and ensure continuous improvement.
