Sales Channel Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to manage and grow our Independents channel account portfolio. This is a full-time, hybrid role that plays a critical part in the overall commercial success of our organisation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on key account performance metrics, as well as implementing promotional strategies within the Independents channel.
This is an excellent opportunity to broaden your experience within the grocery market, deliver value, and make your mark on our business.
About the Role- Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and report on key account performance metrics - data and financial analysis using internal and external reporting
- Promotional correspondence within the Independents channel
- End-to-end accrual financial management
- Upkeep of data integrity
- Communication with our field team
- Cross-functional collaboration to align sales, marketing, and operations activities
- Minimum Qualifications:
- 2+ years' experience as a Territory Manager or in a similar Account Executive or Sales Admin role
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical or field-based sales experience, preferably in FMCG and Grocery environment
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft office, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Effective time management and ability to prioritise
- Demonstrated initiative and a hungry go-getter attitude
