We are recruiting for a Sydney-based Channel Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing initiatives that drive engagement, sales growth, and brand preference across retail and distribution channels.

Reporting to the Marketing Director, as Channel Manager, you'll be at the heart of our go-to-market strategy-bringing together cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact programs. You'll play a critical role in launching new products, supporting retailer's activation plans, and enabling our sales teams with the tools and campaigns they need to win in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution of pricing strategies and promotional programs.
• Design and implement tailored customer marketing campaigns in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Develop sales enablement tools and promotional collateral for field and retail teams.
• Plan and execute new product launches in collaboration with Product, Supply, Sales, and Marketing teams.
• Localise global launch campaigns to suit market-specific needs.
• Align launch plans with range reviews and customer presentations.
• Maintain and optimise product listings across customer platforms.
• Execute digital channel strategies to enhance online visibility and drive conversion.
• Align e-commerce asset needs with launch and promotional calendars.
• Develop and manage digital content including imagery, copy, banners, and video.

What you'll need to succeed

• 5+ years in trade marketing, brand management, product, or sales role
• Proven success in driving commercial outcomes through marketing campaigns and strategies
• Experienced in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and budgets
• Strong written communication skills with expert command of grammar and messaging
• Demonstrated ability to create customer-focused strategies that drive lead generation and conversion
• Experience with digital platforms
• Strong excel and analytical ability
