- Reporting to the National Business Manager, you will play a crucial role in building and executing joint business plans that drive growth and profitability.">
- You will work cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver results, manage promotional activity, and help drive omnichannel retail excellence.">
- Specifically, you will:">

- Act as the primary point of contact for customer engagement, supported by the NBM.">
- Manage promotional planning, volume forecasting, spend projections, and ROI reviews.">
- Owning the range review process from stakeholder coordination to QBR preparation and NPD submissions.">
- Support accurate forecasting and demand planning by partnering with Supply Chain and S&OP teams.">
- Drive alignment between internal teams and external customers to deliver mutually beneficial outcomes.">
- About You:">
As a commercially minded, self-sufficient National Account Executive or Account Manager, you will have a strong understanding of the grocery retail landscape.

- You will thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, able to turn insight into action.">
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.">
- A proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver on timelines is required.">
- Strong analytical thinking and a structured approach to problem-solving are necessary.">
- Financial acumen, including confidence with forecasts, budgets, and trade spend.">
- Experience working with Coles, Woolworths, or Independent channels is highly desirable.">
- Confidence in negotiation and a deep understanding of trading variables.">
