
Grocery Account Professional

We seek an Account Manager to develop and implement strategic account plans in grocery and mass merchant channels, driving sustainable sales growth and profitability.
- Cultivate strong relationships with customer stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor to foster mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Lead the development of innovative solutions for customers, coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet diverse needs and enhance satisfaction.
- Support market intelligence and competitive analysis to inform high-level strategic planning and decision-making.
- Create and execute commercial strategies that drive market leadership and sales excellence.
- Participate in critical customer negotiations to secure strategic agreements that drive mutual value.
- Deliver compelling presentations to senior audiences, articulating complex value propositions and solutions.
- Monitor and improve sales performance metrics, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize customer engagement and outcomes.
Requirements include a degree in Commerce/Business/Marketing, preferably with experience in Customer Relationship Management, Sales and Business Development, and Account Management in B2C environments from specialty consumer, FMCG or healthcare domains.
