About the Role

As the Clinical Specialist, you will oversee clinic referrals, triage, bookings, and workload to ensure consistency with resources. You will also improve collaboration between outpatient and medical/surgical services, promoting a team environment.

About You

To excel in this position, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent time management & clinical prioritisation skills
  • Demonstrated experience in the outpatient care setting
  • Highly motivated to improve the provision of quality care for patients requiring non-admitted care
