Opportunity for a Clinical Specialist in Intensive Care Medicine

Austin Health is seeking a Clinical Specialist in Intensive Care Medicine to join our team in the Intensive Care Unit.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop clinical and non-technical skills in a highly supportive environment that fosters academic and professional advancement.

Key Requirements:

  • A commitment to Austin Health's values
  • Registration as a Medical Practitioner in Australia with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Fellowship of the College of Intensive Care Medicine of Australia and New Zealand
  • Appropriate training and experience applicable to the field of Intensive Care
  • Demonstrated commitment to high quality patient care
  • Demonstrated commitment and ongoing activity in research and/or clinical audit activities
  • Involvement in teaching and training of medical, technical and nursing staff

About the Role:

This is a one year fixed-term part-time position, providing consultant experience in a peer supported environment.
