At Austin Health, we're seeking an experienced Nurse Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Specialist Clinics. This is a newly established role that offers the opportunity to shape and contribute to the growth of our service.

A key member of our team, you will work closely with medical units and external healthcare providers to manage clinic capacity, ensure patients are prepared for appointments, oversee bookings, and collect, interpret, and respond to data related to Specialty Clinics activity.

We're looking for a senior nurse who takes initiative, is enthusiastic about shaping this position to meet our service needs, and possesses excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should also have demonstrated experience in the outpatient care setting and be highly motivated to improve the provision of quality care for patients requiring non-admitted care.

This is a permanent, full-time role commencing January 2025, based at Heidelberg Repatriation Hospital Specialist Clinics, and Austin Health Specialist Clinics.
