Service Delivery Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Manager to oversee our IT Service Desk, manage relationships with various stakeholders and develop effective systems and processes for our Service Delivery model and service teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing the IT Service Desk and Service Delivery team
  • Developing effective systems and processes for managing demand from customers
  • Interfacing with technical teams
  • Implementing and improving systems used to support IT Service Management and Service Desk processes
  • Assisting with continuous development of skills within Service Desk, Technical Support and broader Technology teams

Requirements include extensive experience in Service Delivery Management, strong understanding of ITIL concepts and broad knowledge and experience across various service delivery models.

Additionally, you will need advanced knowledge of ITIL processes, experience in managing major incidents, trouble shooting and root cause analysis, and proven track record of continual service improvement.
