Job Description">

Our team is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to manage the lifecycle of contracts, ensuring legal and commercial compliance, mitigating risks, and fostering positive relationships between clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

  • Review, negotiate, and amend contracts
  • Monitor project progress and financial performance
  • Oversee project start up, procurement, delivery, and close out
  • Prepare and submit monthly progress claims to clients
  • Manage subcontractors from onboarding to claim assessments
  • Monitor commissioning activities, including documentation
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure adherence to procedures, policies, and contractual obligations
  • Maintain relevant registers that track and substantiate projects' commercial positions
  • Contribute to project commercial strategies and drive commercial outcomes
">Required Skills & Qualifications">
  • Minimum 6 years demonstrated experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of contract law and regulatory compliance
  • Working knowledge of project administration and project control
  • Analytical skills and high attention to detail
  • Negotiation, conflict, and influencing skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, intermediate to advanced Excel skills
