Job Title: Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and requirements.

About the Role

The Compliance Specialist will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with external contracting companies and stakeholders to deliver our contractual works effectively and efficiently. This will involve ensuring that all contractors working on behalf of our organization comply fully with the Contract Management Framework and all contractual compliance obligations and requirements.

You will also be required to carry out duties as Superintendent's Representative in accordance with AS4000, AS4902, and AS4906 contracts.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and ensure contractor compliance with the Contract Management Framework and all contractual compliance obligations and requirements.
  • Manage and develop relationships with external contracting companies and stakeholders to deliver our contractual works effectively and efficiently.
  • Carry out duties as Superintendent's Representative in accordance with AS4000, AS4902, and AS4906 contracts.
  • Report any contractor breach of the Contract Management Framework.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Possess a relevant trade in electrical and/or civil disciplines, engineering or HSE qualification.
  • At least 5-6+ years solid experience in power and/or heavy industry planning, construction, operation, commissioning, and maintenance.
  • Best practice knowledge and industry experience in contract management and execution.
  • Experience in safety management, occupational health, workplace assessing, incident and hazard investigation, and emergency response.
