Job Title: Maintenance Contract Specialist

Job Description

The Maintenance Contract Specialist role involves managing and supporting the delivery of maintenance contracts for customer-owned assets, ensuring obligations, KPIs, and standards are met.

This is a commercially accountable role where you'll work with key stakeholders to deliver on expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and support the delivery of maintenance contracts for customer-owned assets, ensuring obligations, KPIs, and standards are met.
  2. Build strong relationships with customers and deliver on expectations.
  3. Develop and manage budgets, tracking performance against targets.
  4. Use analytics tools to model, monitor, and report on KPIs and contract performance.
  5. Lead contract renewals and new agreements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  6. Collaborate across teams, as well as with contractors and regulators.
Requirements:
  • Experience in contract management, field service, or related industries.
  • Proven track record in high-performing teams delivering measurable results.
  • Strong commercial and budget management skills.
  • Analytical tool experience (highly desirable).
  • Engineering degree (preferred) or equivalent qualification; MBA or equivalent commercial experience highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of industry compliance requirements (highly regarded).
