Contract Compliance Specialist

Overview

Job Role
  • Develop and maintain effective contracting and procurement practices to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Promote the growth and development of the contracts function, driving process improvements and efficiency gains.
  • Manage tendering processes, negotiate contracts, ensure CPS230 compliance, and maintain a contract register.
  • Monitor service level agreements and best practice supplier engagement.

This is a part-time position (0.6 to 0.8 FTE), offering flexible hours: options include shorter days across the week or 3 to 4 full days.

We are looking for a skilled professional with experience in contractual and commercial negotiation, end-to-end procurement, and supplier lifecycle processes.

Key skills include effective communication, multi-tasking, problem-solving abilities, and a positive attitude.

A legal background and understanding of APRA requirements are advantageous but not essential.
