Our client is seeking a highly skilled Contracts Specialist, who is looking to contribute to our client's growth and success in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

As a Contracts Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing high-level contracts and work closely with stakeholders to ensure compliance, mitigate risks, and build strong relationships with our partners and suppliers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and negotiate contracts for high value contracts within mobile assets, fixed plants, reagents, civil works, and tailing dams, explosives etc.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand their requirements and provide strategic guidance on contractual matters.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to support the organisation's objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards in all contractual agreements.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with contractual agreements, proposing effective solutions as needed.

**Qualifications, Skills and Attributes**:

- Degree qualified in Business Administration, Commerce, Law, Engingeering and/or Supply Chain or extensive industry experience.
- Proven experience as a Contracts Specialist, with expertise in mobile assets, fixed plants and/or explosives within a mining industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a flat organisational structure, working autonomously while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience building and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of contract law and procurement processes.
- Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office Suite.
