Job Description:

Contractor Compliance Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring external contractors working on behalf of our organization comply fully with the Contract Management Framework and all contractual compliance obligations and requirements.

This position involves managing relationships with external contracting companies and stakeholders to deliver our organizational works effectively and efficiently, meeting required standards. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring external contractor compliance with safety, environmental, quality management, and contract claims verification;
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with contractors and stakeholders;
  • Providing feedback to Contract Management on contract schedules, focusing on critical path;
  • Influencing contractor performance through recommendations based on specialized experience;
  • Site-specific safety and environmental management.

The ideal candidate will possess relevant trade or engineering, contract management, or HSE qualifications, with at least 5-6 years of experience in electrical/solar/renewable industries, construction, commissioning, and maintenance. Additionally, they should have expertise in contract management, execution, safety management, occupational health, workplace assessing, incident and hazard investigation, and emergency response, as well as valid WA Driver's License Class 'C' or 'C-A' for regional site travel. Strong computing skills in excel, word, and share point are also required.

  • Relevant trade or engineering, contract management, or HSE qualifications;
