Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Individual Giving strategy, responsible for developing and implementing a cross-channel retention and conversion program. As Retention Manager, you will oversee the delivery of this program, managing one direct report and working closely with the data team to generate reports and monitor performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a cross-channel retention and conversion strategy
  • Manage one direct report and oversee the delivery of the retention program
  • Work closely with the data team to generate reports and monitor budgets and program performance
  • Develop and implement a donor stewardship plan and associated communications collateral

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Significant experience in developing multi-channel retention programs
  • Strong project management skills
  • High-level numeracy skills and experience of data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage relationships with third-party suppliers
