We are seeking a seasoned Financial Strategist to spearhead our financial planning and operations. This is an exceptional opportunity to drive business growth, develop a high-performing finance team, and implement best practices across our global customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive financial plans, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
  • Lead the finance function, encompassing accounting, compliance, payroll, billing, tax, and reporting
  • Partner with department heads to embed financial discipline into key decisions
  • Own investor relations, board reporting, and capital raising initiatives
  • Prepare and manage data rooms for fundraising and due diligence purposes
  • Support strategic M&A opportunities as they arise
  • Oversee the automation of billing and subscription processes
  • Build and mentor a strong finance team (Financial Controller, FP&A, support)
  • Ensure compliance across 20+ countries of customer operations
Requirements
  • Proven track record as a senior finance executive with SaaS scaling experience
  • Strong governance and technical finance expertise across multiple markets
  • Experience driving SaaS B2B multiples and positioning companies for exponential growth
  • Strategic operator who partners across the business, not just finance
  • Has seen companies through to exit (M&A or IPO)
