The Role

Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Communications, the Digital Campaign Manager is a full-time role (also open to 4 days for the right candidate) based which can be based in our Sydney Office. The Digital Campaign Manager will manage the marketing of event fundraising campaigns to ensure the broader portfolio of digital fundraising campaigns are managed effectively, best practice digital fundraising is applied, and fundraising and supporter engagement targets are achieved.

You will be a key member of the very small, but very dedicated team at the Property Industry Foundation responsible for:

  • Manage a broad portfolio of digital fundraising campaigns
  • Developing and executing fundraising strategies with the support of an experienced team.
  • Providing an expert internal voice for community, digital and P2P fundraising.
  • Contributing to the strategic direction of community fundraising.
  • Developing content to engage and encourage Foundation fundraisers.
  • Be an advocate for the Foundation.

  • Comfortable communicating with senior corporate figures.
  • Innovative and open to trying new approaches and avenues around engagement and fundraising.
  • Likes nurturing long-term and deep relationships.
  • Happy to roll up their sleeves and be involved in a wide range of tasks asthe situation requires.

The successful candidate should have good experience in events and administration ideallycoupled with experience of working in fundraising organisations. The ideal candidate has:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in digital media, with a strong grasp of campaign delivery and performance
  • Campaign management experience including strategy, execution, and budget management.
  • Exposure to major community fundraising, digital and peer to peer campaigns.
  • Experience developing engaging fundraising and marketing communication content.
  • Effective communication skills with an ability to connect with stakeholders.
  • Skilled in project management and briefing creative teams across digital assets
  • Proven knowledge of digital strategy, lead generation, content marketing, SEO, social media, and website UX.
  • Experience with digital tools and platforms including Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Meltwater, Salesforce, Mailchimp and Funraisin.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and manage competing priorities.
  • A strong knowledge of all the financial aspects of digital fundraising including analysis of costs/income, ROI, conversion and attrition data and all other relevant KPIs.
  • Excellent analytic skills and a demonstrated ability in using data to drive results.
