The Opportunity
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team in the position of Service Administrator for a 14-month fixed term.
As a Service Administrator, you will work alongside a talented team who are safety and customer-focused and who all help each other achieve success.
Reporting to the Service Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the local administration of branch vehicles
- Processing purchase orders, invoices, organizing and scheduling training
- Payroll support - collating timesheets and leave
- Compiling information required for internal & external audits
- Production order preparation and timely closure for all service invoicing
- Assisting in other general Service administration tasks
- Maintenance of local databases to track WIP
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role is preferable
- Experience or exposure to maintaining fleet vehicles and/or Payroll experience, advantageous
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in using MS Office and data bases with office experience
- The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
