About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Administrator to join our team at Hitachi Construction Machinery Australia. As a Service Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting our service operations and ensuring the smooth delivery of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the Service Manager and other team members, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
  • Fleet Management: Assist with the local administration of branch vehicles, including maintenance scheduling and record-keeping.
  • Financial Management: Process purchase orders, invoices, and payroll support, including collating timesheets and leave.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Compile information required for internal and external audits, and maintain local databases to track work-in-progress.
  • Service Delivery: Assist in the preparation and timely closure of production orders for all service invoicing.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a similar administrative role is highly desirable.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using MS Office and databases, with experience in office administration.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
