Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Service Administrator to join our dynamic team at Hitachi Construction Machinery Australia.
As a Service Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our branch operations, ensuring seamless administration and logistics processes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the local administration of branch vehicles, ensuring they are properly maintained and serviced.
- Processing purchase orders, invoices, and organizing training schedules to ensure timely completion.
- Providing payroll support by collating timesheets and leave, ensuring accurate and timely payment.
- Compiling information required for internal and external audits, maintaining accurate records and reports.
- Preparing and closing production orders for service invoicing, ensuring timely and accurate billing.
- Assisting with other general Service administration tasks, including maintenance of local databases to track Work-In-Progress (WIP).
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role, preferably with experience in maintaining fleet vehicles and/or payroll.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using MS Office and databases, with a strong understanding of office procedures and protocols.
