Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Administrator to join our team at Hitachi Construction Machinery Australia. As a Service Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our Muswellbrook Branch.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with the administration of branch vehicles, ensuring they are properly maintained and serviced.
- Process purchase orders, invoices, and schedule training for our team members.
- Provide payroll support by collating timesheets and leave.
- Compile information required for internal and external audits.
- Prepare and close production orders for service invoicing.
- Perform other general Service administration tasks as required.
- Maintain local databases to track Work-In-Progress (WIP).
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role is highly desirable.
- Experience or exposure to maintaining fleet vehicles and/or payroll experience is advantageous.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using MS Office and databases with office experience.
- The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
