An exceptional opportunity is available within our Accident and Health Consulting Division to manage our extensive client portfolio across the nation. This role will involve overseeing and expanding a range of Accident and Health accounts, providing premier advisory services and operational efficiency. As you familiarize yourself with our offerings, your responsibilities will broaden to include additional services, positioning you as the primary contact for all client insurance requirements.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing a portfolio of significant Accident & Health clients along with related People Risk policies
  • Providing support to the Principal Consultant in managing large accounts
  • Delivering exceptional customer service, claims support, and expert advice to all stakeholders
  • Developing and executing the team’s vision and strategy, including renewal management, sales initiatives, talent development, operational excellence, and channel management
  • Meeting established revenue and expense targets
  • Contributing to the success of divisional business objectives
  • Identifying and cultivating new business opportunities
  • Ensuring timely and accurate preparation and delivery of client-related documentation
  • Promoting the MMB team within the broader Marsh organization

Your daily tasks may involve:

  • Engaging with clients through calls, in-person presentations, and meetings with senior executives
  • Providing high-quality customer service and claims advocacy
  • Delivering superior consulting services in People Risk
  • Building robust relationships with all stakeholders, including internal teams and external clients
  • Effectively managing account inquiries
  • Gaining a comprehensive understanding of client needs and our service offerings
  • Participating in industry events and training sessions
  • Potential travel for client engagements

Qualifications required:

  • Tier 1 FSRA Compliance
  • Qualified Practicing Insurance Broker status
  • Experience in the insurance sector, particularly in Accident & Health
  • Ability to quickly adapt and learn new concepts
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently while being part of a larger team
