ROC Consulting is a leading pump supplier in Australia, serving various industries such as plumbing, oil and gas, mining, industrial, and domestic. As a Business Development Manager for our Brisbane office, you will be responsible for selling pump products to plumbers, plumbing contractors, and suppliers across the region.

The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of sales experience in the pump industry, with a strong understanding of B2B sales principles. You will need to possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to develop rapport and foster strong business relationships.

We are offering a competitive base salary of $125,000 + super + huge commissions, as well as a fully maintained vehicle or car allowance. The role requires approximately 65% on-the-road time, allowing for autonomy and minimal micromanagement.
