Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Asset and Wealth Management team.

This role will involve all stages of the deal lifecycle, from meeting with target company management teams to managing portfolio companies in strategic and operational projects.

Responsibilities
  1. Meet and liaise with target company management teams and founders.
  2. Develop investment theses and research domestic & global markets.
  3. Coordinate with GS domain experts globally, 3rd party diligence advisors and banks.
  4. Present in investment committee and participate in deal structuring and investment documentation.
  5. Build and maintain relationships with management teams and partners.
  6. Manage portfolio companies in strategic and operational projects including M&A, capital raising, asset sales, and budgeting.
