Senior Corporate Strategist Role

We are seeking an experienced corporate strategist to join our team as a trusted adviser on significant transactions in Australia.

As a Senior Corporate Strategist, you will have the opportunity to apply your expertise on complex deals while enjoying a sustainable and balanced way of working. You will be responsible for overseeing knowledge management within the team, helping shape deal strategy, and contributing to transaction execution where appropriate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic guidance on live matters and act as a trusted adviser to partners.
  • Help shape deal strategy and contribute to transaction execution.
  • Serve as a confidential point of contact for partners on live matters and provide practical guidance on ongoing deals.


Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
  • 5+ years' PQE in Corporate Advisory / M&A, ideally from a leading practice.
  • Strong commercial judgement and the ability to distil complex issues.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
  • A track record of thriving in high-pressure, fast-moving deal environments.
