Senior HR Business Partner at Randstad HR Partners Randstad HR Partners is partnering with a global market strong and purpose driven brand based in Western Sydney.
Reporting to the HR Director, backed by a strong HR team; this is an exciting Senior HRBP opportunity to ignite, lead, drive and influence the organisation's people and culture, core values, and career development and progression opportunities whilst promoting the sustainable Global impact agenda.
Responsibilities Collaboratively work with leadership to coach, advise, support and engage employees to achieve organisational objectives at a micro and macro level.
HR Generalist duties including advisory and service to managers and staff Support the Talent Acquisition team in recruitment strategies Support Managers with full employee life cycle including performance management and appraisal Career planning, training and development advice and initiatives Salary reviews, and Compensation and Benefits changes Employee migration and relocation matters Ability to conduct and coach managers end to end on sensitive to complex ER and IR matters Change management, culture and Diversity, Equality and Inclusion initiatives and projects HRIS implementation project Regional and Global projects and initiatives Requirements Experience working in a similar role and industry; ideally 6-8 years of HR generalist experience especially a few years at the HRBP level with strong stakeholder management experience A sales driven organisation background is beneficial An ability to deal with both white collar and blue collar stakeholders A strategic thinker and problem solver An ability to work to deadlines and manage and prioritise multiple tasks Benefits Global market strong organisation with internal progression and development opportunities Innovative, visionary and strong leadership and culture Hybrid and flexible work arrangements To apply, please use the apply now link or send your expression of interest and CV to Cassandra Baines via email: We look forward to hearing from you.
