**The company**
$100 million Australian subsidiary of a US multinational distributing quality products to a range of commercial, industrial and consumer clients.

**The role**
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will contribute to supporting the workforce and managers with HR advice, reporting, HR administration, recruitment and onboarding.

**The responsibilities**:
This role is generalist in nature and there is future scope to manage your own client group of 80 blue collar staff as you develop in the role.

Your new role involves managing the HR lifecycle including:

- end to end recruitment including posting job ads, assessing advertising response, facilitating and coordinating interviews.
- pre-employment compliance, letters of offer, on-boarding, induction processes and probation periods.
- managing HR enquiries, staff files, HRIS records and HR reporting.
- administering contract variations and terminations.
- coordinating HR and wellbeing initiatives and events.
- supporting performance, development and remuneration reviews.
- assisting with updating company policies and procedures.
- maintaining staff training records.
- contributing to projects such as implementation of WorkDay HRIS modules, development of EVP, reward and recognition and process improvement across the function.

In order to be successful, you will:

- have at least 2 years HR or recruitment experience.
- ideally have exposure to a blue collar workforce.
- be proactive, organised and process oriented.
- have clear and confident communication skills.
