Role Overview

We seek a seasoned sales professional to spearhead DevExp solutions in the APAC region.

This key role involves leading Developer Experience sales efforts, collaborating with clients and direct/partner sales teams, and contributing to our go-to-market strategy in partnership with a cross-functional team.

Main Responsibilities
  • Drive outstanding growth in DevExp sales by effectively executing the go-to-market strategy.
  • Develop and execute a territory plan to sell to customers based on their business needs.
  • Establish and maintain senior-level relationships with clients, particularly C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Lead the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, managing various stakeholders.
  • Serve as a customer advocate, relaying feedback to enhance solutions and sharing insights with product, marketing, and R&D teams.
  • Generate high-quality leads and acquire new customers by collaborating with direct sales and channel partners.
  • Accurately forecast and report on revenue opportunities and track deal progression.
  • Collaborate with channel partners to create tailored solutions that address client challenges.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 10 years of enterprise sales experience, ideally in DevOps, Software Development Tools, Application Lifecycle Management, and solution sales.
  • Experience utilizing MEDDPICC as a sales methodology.
  • A track record of surpassing sales targets and proven techniques for achieving success.
  • Ability to establish and nurture relationships with senior decision-makers in DevExp within large enterprise customers.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Collaborative approach with extended sales teams and channel partners; proactive in driving change and positive disruption.
