Job Overview

The DevExp Technical Sales Expert will lead strategic sales initiatives, collaborating closely with clients, direct and partner sales teams, and contributing to our go-to-market strategy in partnership with a diverse cross-functional team.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Drive outstanding growth in DevExp sales by effectively executing the go-to-market strategy.
  2. Develop and execute territory plans to sell solutions based on client business needs.
  3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior-level clients, particularly C-level executives and decision-makers.
  4. Lead the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, managing various stakeholders.
  5. Serve as a customer advocate, relaying feedback to enhance solutions and sharing insights with product, marketing, and R&D teams.
  6. Generate high-quality leads and acquire new customers by collaborating with direct sales teams and channel partners.
  7. Accurately forecast and report on revenue opportunities and track deal progression.
  8. Collaborate with channel partners to create tailored solutions addressing client challenges.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 10 years of enterprise sales experience, ideally in DevOps, software development tools, application lifecycle management, and solution sales.
  • Experience utilizing MEDDPICC as a sales methodology.
  • Proven track record of surpassing sales targets and applying effective sales techniques.
  • Ability to establish and nurture robust relationships with senior decision-makers in DevExp within large enterprise customers.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working with extended sales teams and channel partners; proactively seeking opportunities to drive positive change.
